Shipping

We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. For orders below ₹5000, a standard delivery fee will be added at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on orders of ₹5000 or more. Please note that the delivery fee and eligibility for free shipping are calculated based on the total order value after any discounts or promotions.

We will be delivering your shipment within 7-8 days.

Returns

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you receive the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return/exchange is only possible in case of wrong order received or manufacturing defect seen upon receipt and before use of the product. In case of manufacturing defect in any element of the product, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) on hello@itselite.in

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@itselite.in
